We keep hearing about the company TVI Express from others on the internet lately. So I decided to do some due diligence to find out if the company actually lives up to the hype.
TVI stands for Travel Venture International. TVI was founded early 2009 in the UK and then opened up in China and India. The company just made their way in the United States and Canada in August 2009. TVI basically sells travel package vouchers that you can redeem with airlines like Virgin.
If you were attracted by the title of this article, you probably want to find out about the income potential of this company.
When you purchase a $250 voucher from TVI, you automatically become a representative.
The compensation plan is a 2×4 matrix. you start of at level 1 of the traveler’s board. Once you sponsor 2 and you fill up 4 levels of the traveler’s board, you will exit the board and enter the express board.
In that process you will make $250 and a voucher that values at $250.
Once you are on the express board, you will have to complete the 2×4 matrix as well. Only this time around, you will make a $10,000 bonus when you exit.
After you completed the express board, you will have sub boards and you will be re-entered at level 1 to position to cycle again as your board fills up.
So can you make $10,000 in 2 weeks?
These type of figures are not typical. They are only realistic to seasoned marketers that have influence to an existing big network.
We wouldn't advise you to buy into the pitch of “just sponsor 2 and you will make money”
Like any network marketing/ MLM opportunities, you will need to sponsor a handful of people to find your leaders. Once you have your leaders in place, only then will you be able to cycle the express board and make $10,000 on a consistent basis.
DO NOT jump into TVI Express with a lottery mentality that your sponsor will place people under you. You usually won’t make any money that way.
AT the end of the day – Is TVI Express a viable business?
As far as business model, TVI is somewhere in between a traditional MLM and a top tier direct sales model.
It has a low start up cost, and it has an opportunity to generate some money.
BUT...Because it doesn’t have a recurring product line, the hope for residual income may always be a pipe dream.
The cash flow component is also not up to par with the top tier opportunities available in the market today.
